4. Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency selected on the website.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
We reserve the right to change our prices, promotions, and offers at any time. Changes will not affect orders that have already been completed unless there has been an obvious pricing or technical error.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
5. Promotions & Discount Codes

Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 2 business days.
Orders shipped within Canada typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch, while international orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country.

7. Returns & Refunds
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving an order, subject to the eligibility requirements in our Delivery & Returns Policy.
Returned merchandise must be unused, undamaged, in its original condition and packaging, and free from signs of use such as stains, makeup, perfume, or pet hair.
Customers must contact shiva@mandana.shop before returning merchandise.
Unless the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

8. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact customerservice@mandana.shop within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Once the issue is confirmed, MANDANA will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover the necessary shipping costs.
9. Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempt, or failure to collect a package may be the customer’s responsibility, subject to applicable law.

One important thing I noticed while checking your site: at the top it currently says “DESIGNED IN CANANDA 🍁” — “Canada” is misspelled. I’d fix that ASAP, especially now that you’re sending paid traffic to the site.
Also, your banner currently says “Free shipping over $75”, so that should be consistent everywhere you mention free shipping.
