Returns
We hope you love your purchase. However, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and undamaged
- In its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging
- Free from stains, makeup, perfume, pet hair, or other signs of use
Please contact us at shiva@mandana.shop before returning an item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping labels are not provided, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
